Agreement Conditions

I hereby give my consent for Shenaya (Nay) Martin Johnson to use the funds I send to her via cashapp or zelle (617-586-6538) to purchase lottery tickets for our social club lottery pool.

I understand that ANY and ALL wins will be equally divided amongst ALL persons who contribute the required amount for that lottery pool. Should there be a small winning that is unable to divide equally like $5, that win will be used to purchase another ticket for the next drawing.

I understand that ALL participants MUST contribute the SAME amount of money for the lottery pool.

I understand that I CANNOT transfer my wins to someone else.

I understand that Shenaya (Nay) Martin Johnson will share a picture of all purchased tickets in the Private Lottery Pool Group. I also understand that I am prohibited from sharing any information provided in the grop including the identiity of other participants.

I understand that there are no refunds in lottery and lottery pools.
