Cancellation Policy

Clients MUST communicate their need to reschedule no later than 72 hrs (3 days) prior to the scheduled appointment to guarantee a new rescheduled date. Clients MUST communicate their need to cancel no later than one week prior to the scheduled appointment. Please understand that refunds are not available for cancelations. Please consider rescheduling instead of canceling.
